The Martinez Method
The Martinez Method is a high-intensity, personalized workout program based on the philosophy that dynamic movement and active rest lead to dramatic change. This unique combination enables clients to get lean, toned and strong while pushing both physical and mental limits.
The Martinez Method utilizes traditional and non-traditional movement training, utilizing techniques from Boxing, Kick Boxing and Muay Thai disciplines. The fusion of these disciplines creates a fun, yet challenging, range of combinations that use every body part and are geared specifically to each client’s fitness level and goals. Even the resting periods, between striking rounds, are used for isolation exercises to target muscles and improvement areas to ensure the body is in constant motion.
Each workout is competitive, motivating and playful, leaving clients feeling stronger and more empowered than before.
